Leaving the EU is something we didn’t want and didn’t vote for. Our priority since then has been to make sure our European customers can continue to order from us and receive their orders without any customs bills or unexpected charges.
We’re happy to say that customers in the European Union can now order as usual with a guarantee that all customs fees and taxes will be taken care of by us. The price you see on our website is the price you will pay.
We have partnered with a Finnish organisation call the EAS Project, who are certified by the World Customs Organisation. EAS automate the collection of sales tax in all 27 European Union countries, allowing us to sell, comply with tax and customs regulations as we did before the UK left the EU.
The result of it is hassle free shopping and quick delivery without any unexpected customs invoices or tax bills. Our EU customers are important to us and we hopes this gives you the confidence to order.
