Darte

Darte is a small brand from East London created by Ed Stanford and Michel Stamper, bringing together decades of experience in vintage, illustration and hand-made clothing. Their passion for history and detailed garment research plays a very important role in how each garment is designed. Studying pivotal moments in history that had contributed to innovation, function, and style, Darte’s clothing combines these influences with an extensive vintage archive to give their clothes an authentic look and feel. Each collection from Darte has a specific theme of inspiration, event in time, or common materiality that binds them together. Artwork is hand drawn by Ed and garments are made in Darte’s London studio or by small batch local manufacturers. We’re excited to offer Darte at Those That Know
