Returns, exchanges & refunds

We want you to be happy with the service you receive from Those That Know.

If there’s a problem with your order we offer an exchange for another product or a refund. All we ask if that your order is returned to us within 14 days of receipt and that it is in brand new, unworn/unused condition.

If products in your order came with packaging or tags, we need these back in as-new condition too.

Unless we have made a mistake with your order, we cannot accept returns of socks, magazines or books.

Returns on sale items

Items purchased in a sale or with a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only unless we’ve made a mistake with your order.

How to return your order

If you’d like to make a return, please first contact us at [email protected] to let us know. We will then provide you with a return number.

Please tell us whether you’d like to exchange for another product or if you’d rather receive a refund.

Exchanges

If you’d like an exchange, please let us know what you’d like and in what size. If there is a difference in cost between your original order and the item you’d like in exchange, we can arrange an additional payment or partial refund.

Refunds

We will process refunds as soon as we have received your order back in brand new, unworn/unused condition. This includes undamaged product packaging and tags.

We will refund the total amount of your purchase minus the original shipping cost.

If you are making a return because we made a mistake with your order we will refund the original shipping cost too.

Return postage costs

You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping back to us, however, if we’ve made a mistake with your order, we will cover this cost.

Please ensure that returns are packaged securely and you choose a reliable shipping method (we recommend Royal Mail for our UK customers or DHL for our international customers) as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
