Shipping
We ship worldwide from the UK. We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours or two working days and normally ship three or four times each week. As a small, two-person operation, dispatch can occasionally take a little longer.
If you need an order urgently, contact us as soon as possible. We will do what we can, but cannot guarantee an earlier dispatch or delivery date.
Shipping costs
Shipping starts at £6 within the UK, £15 to Europe and £15 to the rest of the world. The final charge depends on the destination and, for heavier orders, the total parcel weight. The exact price is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
UK shipping prices shown to customers include 20% VAT. For EU and US orders, applicable duties and taxes are included in the amount charged at checkout.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates and begin when the order is dispatched, not when it is placed. Customs clearance and local delivery networks can add time.
We may use UPS, FedEx, DHL or another suitable tracked carrier for higher-value or heavier orders, or where the destination or previous delivery issues make another service more appropriate. This does not change the shipping price already paid.
Tracking
We email tracking details after dispatch. If the message is not in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the email address on your order is correct.
If tracking has stopped updating or your parcel is later than expected, contact us with your order number and delivery postcode so we can investigate.
Customs, duties and taxes
European Union and United States
For orders sent to the EU or United States, applicable duties and taxes are included. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay to TTK; you should not receive an additional duty or tax bill on delivery.
Other international destinations
For destinations outside the UK, EU and United States, local customs duties, taxes or handling fees may be charged when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery problems
Check the carrier’s tracking page first. If your parcel is damaged, missing or incorrectly delivered, keep all packaging and contact us with your order number, delivery postcode and clear photographs where relevant.
