Papa Nui Beachmaster Hat – Frog Skin Camo

A handsome update to one of the Papa’s most iconic models, the Papa Nui Beachmaster Hat is now available in a beautiful Frog Skin camo. Inspired by the very best examples of the GI issue Daisy Mae, it is named after the officer in charge of disembarkation during amphibious warfare. Frog Skin camo was the first disruptive pattern used by the US Military in 1942 when it was introduced with a five-colour jungle pattern backed with a three-colour beach pattern. This Beachmaster release comes complete with a custom Papa Nui tape woven in the style produced by Montagnard tribes and worn by GI’s as either a headband or a hatband. You have the option to sew it on or hold down your in-country locks.

Papa Nui size guide

With some exceptions, Papa Nui caps come in sizes Medium (57-58cm), Large (59-60cm) and X Large (60-62cm). To find out more about how to measure your head to get the sizing of your cap perfect, see this detailed article about Papa Nui sizing.

Watch caps and other special models come in one size. Because of the materials used, these will work for you if either Medium and Large size Papa Nui caps fit you comfortably.

Care

The Beachmaster is a low-maintenance piece and designed for surf or service.

When necessary, we recommend a cold machine wash and line dry. If you are happy with the sizing of your Beachmaster, avoid tumble drying as this may result in slight shrinkage.

Shipping

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 and International Tracked to send our orders in most cases. The shipping cost is calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. You can find out more about shipping costs on our shipping page. The average shipping times are:

  • UK – Delivery in 48 hours
  • Europe – Delivery in 3-5 working days
  • Rest of World – Delivery in 6-7 working days

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt or on the next working day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking reference to your email address.

Returns

We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges of orders in new and unworn condition with original packaging within 14 days of receipt. To return your order, please contact us first at [email protected].
