The Seuvas Tassa Shirt is made from the lightest canvas that the brand produce. This makes it an extremely flexible piece that looks fantastic layered or worn with a pair of blue jeans. The lighter weight canvas used in the Tassa Shirt is made at their 130 year old textile factory in Kurashiki City, Japan with a smoother feel than the heavier canvasses the brand produce. Each season the brand choose an overdye that is applied to a small selection of canvas products. This season they use natural matcha to produce a beautiful, subtle green finish to this capsule collection. The shirt is cut in a work shirt style, with a single front pocket and the placket is cut from a single piece of canvas, giving a clean look and plenty of range of movement. It is finished with a single hand-made, custom-designed porcelain button made from clay mined in Amakusa City, Kimamoto. This historic stone has been used in Japanese pottery since the 17th century.
