RoToTo Washi Pile Crew Socks are made from a yarn that is also used to make Japanese banknotes. These socks are light, sturdy, effective at wicking moisture away from the skin and have a unique tactile feel to them. It is a technically difficult yarn to knit with washi pile, meaning that this sock is created using a special knitting machine and outstanding craftsmanship.

Size chart
RoToTo socks come in three sizes: Small, Medium and Large. These are equivalent to the following UK, European, US and Japanese shoe sizes. If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.

For more information on shipping, we have a dedicated shipping page. We use Royal Mail for most orders but occasionally UPS, FedEx and DHL for higher value international orders. Shipping starts at £6 in the UK and £15 international and increases based on location and, for larger orders, weight.
Please be aware that we’re a two person operation so there may be a day or two between ordering and shipping. If you need something urgently, please contact us and we’ll probably be able to sort it.
We offer an easy returns process which is explained in detail on our returns page. All we ask is that returned items arrive back with us in as-new condition including labels and packaging. Unless we’ve made a mistake, we can’t refund or exchange socks, magazines or books.
