Anthony Slyvester (AWMS) and Papa Nui join forces once again to back the attack, providing warm wools for the long watch. The result of this latest collaboration is the newest version of the collared Submariners Sweater. The sweater is made from traditional accredited British wool of the highest order, with three ply yarns from Jacob and Suffolk breeds. All wool from the Shelley Yarn collection comes from non-mulesed flocks, meaning the highest standards in welfare.
Warm, tough, resilient and comfortable, this Olive Drab interpretation lends itself more to land based operations – think taking out the Guns at Navarone, holding a Bridge Too Far or defending the Citadel at Tobruk. This perfect sweater sits close to the body with a double length hem and cuff and the spread collar adds a sophisticated air to a classic piece essential for the upcoming winter season.

The Submariner Sweater is close fitting and the below measurements are taken laid flat and not stretched out. Because it is 100% there is plenty of stretch and it will adapt to your body shape with wear. If you’re in between sizes or you’re looking for a slightly looser, longer fit consider sizing up.

For more information on shipping, we have a dedicated shipping page. We use Royal Mail for most orders but occasionally UPS, FedEx and DHL for higher value international orders. Shipping starts at £6 in the UK and £15 international and increases based on location and, for larger orders, weight.
Please be aware that we’re a two person operation so there may be a day or two between ordering and shipping. If you need something urgently, please contact us and we’ll probably be able to sort it.
We offer an easy returns process which is explained in detail on our returns page. All we ask is that returned items arrive back with us in as-new condition including labels and packaging. Unless we’ve made a mistake, we can’t refund or exchange socks, magazines or books.
