The TSPTR Marine Jacket is based on an authentic non-issue, in-country made USMC “Sniper” jacket from the Vietnam War era. Many troops would modify their standard-issue uniforms to make them more practical or to add a personal touch to their clothing. The jacket has a classic tennis jacket style with a fly fronted zipper and two large bellows style front utility pockets. TSPTR’s interpretation takes the pattern of the original and modifies it for modern everyday wear. It comes in a faithful olive drab colour but is given a fresh twist with the introduction of contrasting sage pockets and is finished with metal donut buttons. As with all TSPTR pieces, it is ethically made in Portugal.
