The Papa Nui Beach Master Hat is a classic take on the Vietnam-era beach ball styles worn on the sands of Vung Tau, Chu Lai and China Beach. Popular with US Navy personnel and SEAL teams, it has become one of Papa Nui’s most requested shapes thanks to its close fit, short brim and easy summer wear.
This season the Beach Master receives a “No Cap Tougher” update. Inspired by naval Dixie Cups, the brim has been reinforced with multi-stitch visor detailing to give it a sturdier, no-flop shape while keeping the hat soft enough to roll and tuck into a back pocket when not in use.

Papa Nui size guide

Watch caps and other special models come in one size. Because of the materials used, these will work for you if either Medium and Large size Papa Nui caps fit you comfortably.

For more information on shipping, we have a dedicated shipping page. We use Royal Mail for most orders but occasionally UPS, FedEx and DHL for higher value international orders. Shipping starts at £6 in the UK and £15 international and increases based on location and, for larger orders, weight.
Please be aware that we’re a two person operation so there may be a day or two between ordering and shipping. If you need something urgently, please contact us and we’ll probably be able to sort it.
