One Ear Brand Purrfect Space Bandanna – Slowboat Blue

The One Ear Brand Purrfect Space Bandanna cites influences including 1980s Hello Kitty, tartan and Ukiyoe, a Japanese traditional block print. Included in the design are beach balls, borrowed and reinterpreted from an actual 1800s bandanna. The colour scheme for this bandanna comes from a study of vintage neckties, specifically Hermes. The combination of these particular shades of blue and green caries an aesthetic fragrance of fun and spectacle. These bandannas are a larger 90cm x 90cm size. This gives more flexibility and potential uses in the contemporary wardrobe. We’re hoping to see One Ear Brand bandannas used in a wide range of locations in many different ways.
