Whereisthecool? Magazine is an 80-page aesthetic manifesto made to inspire creativeness and in which each article is an answer to the title.
Beginning almost a decade ago when founded Laurent Laporte decided to create a medium to express his personal curiosity, in the past year Whereisthecool has evolved into a high-quality magazine, published quarterly. With no rules, no agenda, and funded only by collaborations with brands that Laurent himself values, the magazine contains insight and photographic essays that cover a wide range of subjects spanning fashion, furniture, architecture, food, travel and culture.
Issue 4 goes inside Luis Barragan’s Casa Gilardi and Frank Pepe’s pizzeria, goes deep into Plexiglas furniture made in the 70s and pays its respects to the well-dressed characters painted by Barkley L. Hendricks.
